Test Procedures

Lightfastness Conducted FADE-O-METER exposure test on print samples. Classified resistance on a scale of five stages on the basis of exposure time and degree of fade.
Heat Resistance Exposed print samples to 120℃ heat in a drying oven for 20 minutes. Classified resistance on a scale of five stages on the basis of fade.
Alkali Resistance Immersed print samples to 1% sodium hydroxide aqueous solution at 20-25℃ for 30 minutes.
Classified resistance on a scale of five stages on the basis of fades.
Alcohol Resistance Immersed print samples to 94% ethanol at 20-25℃ for 30 minutes.
Classified resistance on a scale of five stages on the basis of fades.
Solvent Resistance Immersed print samples in mixture solvent. Classified resistance on a scale of five stages on the bases of degree of fade.
Soap Resistance Applied 3% soap gel at 60℃ to print samples for 30 minutes.
Classified resistance on a scale of five stages on the basis of fades.
